It’s been a while since the last run in 2018. I wanted to get this project back up and running this year since due to COVID and job layoffs homelessness is expected to rise due to the matter. This year I plan to make 400 kits with 14 items. Each kit will include basic items such as antiseptic towelettes, bar of soap, ibuprofen, lip balm, shampoo & body wash, tissues, razor, shaving cream, wash cloth, hair comb, deodorant, dental floss, toothpaste and a toothbrush. The cost of the kits will be $2,500, The goal is to have all the money raised and to have the kits packed and distributed by early November 2020.
